I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and fully licensed in the state of Tennessee. I strictly follow the InterNACHI standards of practice and code of ethics. You can trust that your inspection will be an honest representation of the condition of the home, inside and out.
and nobody else. I leave nothing to wonder about after your inspection. I test and investigate the state of every home system to ensure that there will be no surprises for you. I provide an unbiased assessment of the home, and present you with facts and observations. I have nothing to hide, and have no stake in the sale of the home, regardless of the information in my report. You are not paying me to tell you whether or not this is the house of your dreams. You are paying me to be a private investigator of every component of the house that you may or may not see or be aware of, and give you the information needed to make that decision yourself.
Because you need peace of mind when buying a home. You need someone who is on your side. You want the truth about the condition of the home. You are paying me to be honest and up front with you. With no home being perfect, my inspection may describe defects that need attention. I am here to provide you with as much information, good or bad, that will assist you in making your decision.
I work hard. I earn my fee. I will not take short-cuts or simply not check something because it involves work. You get what you pay for. I am meticulous, thorough, and have your best interest in mind. I am an Army veteran, and understand more that most what the term "hard work" involves. I will show up on time and perform a thorough inspection. I will spend time with you in person at the time of inspection, or over the phone at any time if you have questions.
I try to always answer my phone. In the event that I don't, I will actually listen to voicemails, and will call you back quickly. Stop laughing. You read that correctly! If you laughed, you've dealt with contractors these days. If you don't understand what I mean, try calling any kind of contractor. The most important thing is communication, and answering the phone is step one. Call me and let's continue your home buying journey together.
