Inspection Types

A standard home inspection is pretty much what it says.  We follow the Standards of Practice by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors to provide a basic home inspection.  A comprehensive list of what is inspected can be found here.

A condo or townhome inspection varies slightly from a standard home inspection.  We do not inspect common areas shared by other owners.  There are a few other aspects that change what we inspect.    We follow the Standards of Practice by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors to provide a basic home inspection.
